Kelly Atkins has actively performed, written, recorded, produced and toured (nationally and internationally) for over 20 years, including as Deputy Director, core member and regular Musical Co-Director of the world-renowned Kitka Women's Vocal Ensemble; for the critically acclaimed indie-rock band 20 Minute Loop; the indie-folk band Little Gems; as harmony singer for The Bye Bye Blackbirds (“Top shelf rock and roll for the thinking man and woman”); with the electronic duo Rondo Brothers; and as a vocalist, keyboardist, and flutist with dozens of other artists, appearing on over sixty recorded albums to date.

She performed in Shotgun Players' 2018 theatrical production of Iron Shoes, Karmina Silec’s BABA: The Life and Death of Stana in 2023 and acted as co-producer of numerous musical releases, including most recently the Little Gems debut album in 2022, Scott Garred’s 2020 Scott Songs Vol. 2, Kitka's 2018 Evening Star, and 20 Minute Loop's 2017 Songs Praising the Mutant Race

Kelly especially takes great joy in helping others find their voice by providing voice coaching services for all ages, and leading the weekly Marin Kitka Community Choir.
